If you would like your company's name to be placed on the Official City of Tyler Vendor/Bid List, you must complete and submit the following application. The print only form requires the Adobe PDF Reader. You may download the latest version of this free software by clicking here. Once the form is loaded into your browser, it may be printed on your local printer and filled out by hand or typed. The interactive form may be completed and submitted online.
