Payment Plans If you need to pay your fines out over time, the court will allow you to setup a monthly payment plan. You will be required to place a $25.00 downpayment per offense towards your plan within seven (7) days of establishing the plan or a warrant will be issued for your arrest. You will then be allowed to payout your balance over a period of four (4) months. Note: If your offense is already in "warrant status" because you failed to appear at the court within fourteen (14) days, the downpayment is increased to twenty-five (25%) percent of the total balance.

Community Service If you do not have employment or you are a full-time student, you can apply with the court to satisfy your fines through our City Department Community Service Program. Persons who have part-time employment are not eligible for community service. Providing false information to the court is a felony.
