I. Call meeting to order.

II. Conduct a roll call and establish a quorum.

III. Consider approval of Minutes of the Airport Advisory Board meeting held on Dec. 6, 2021.

IV. AABC 01-22-01 Request that the Airport Advisory Board consider recommending that the City
Manager execute Work Order No. 5 Amendment #2 to KSA Engineers, Inc. to provide
additional engineering services for the modifications of the hold short position signage and
pavement markings associated with Runway 22/Taxiway Foxtrot intersection included in the
Airport Fencing and Security Improvements project for a total cost of $28,470.00.

V. AABC 01-22-02 Request that the Airport Advisory Board consider recommending that the City
Council approve amending Tyler City Code Chapter 12 to increase Long Term Parking hourly
rate to $1.00 from $.75 per hour and increase the Lost Ticket fee from $50.00 to $75.00.

VI. AABC 01-22-03 Request that the Airport Advisory Board consider recommending that the City
Council authorize the City Manager to execute a Consent to Assignment of the Fixed Base
Operator Lease of Airport Lease Tract 9 from Smith Aviation LLC, to 619 Leasing LLC,
approve a consent to mortgage pursuant to Article I, Section H of the Lease and a new 20 year
Lease for 619 Leasing, LLC.

VII. AABC 01-22-04 Request that the Airport Advisory Board consider recommending that the City
Council authorize the City Manager execute a new Corporate Hangar Lease to Triad Aviation,
LLC for a portion of Tract 2 currently leased by Term Properties , and a new Fixed Base
Operator Lease to Term Properties for the remaining portion of Tract 2.

VIII. Presentation by TYR Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighters (ARFF) Assistant Chief.

IX. Airport Manager’s report:

a. Terminal Restaurant Request for Proposal.

b. Staff observations of airline activities, fuel flowage, parking, and rental car revenues.

X. Adjourn
