All contractors who wish to do work within the City of Tyler limits or tie to City facilities must be approved annually. 

The following form must be completed and sent to Justina LeJeune at approvedcontractorslist@tylertexas.com.

Failure to fill out this application in full, with all requested documentation, will result in us sending the application back for revisions, or disqualification/removal of the contractor's application.
