Some of the various responsibilities of the City Clerk's Office include: |
- Serving as Clerk to the Mayor and Council.
- Prepare minutes of the City Council meetings.
- Process Ordinances and Resolutions.
- Manage/Process Legal Notices and Publications for Publishing.
- Manage/Process appointments to City Boards and Commissions.
- Administration of the City's record management and retention program.
- Conduct City Elections by City Charter and Texas Election Law provisions.
- Assist with Public Information Requests.
