How can I have a garage sale?
- No more than one garage sale may be conducted from any residence during any consecutive six-month period for a maximum of two per year.
- All signs or notices posted in regard to any garage sale shall be posted only on the premises at which said sale is held, and shall be so located as not to constitute an impairment to or obstruction of traffic. No sign permit is required.

What is a junked vehicle?
A vehicle is considered a junk vehicle if it does not have a current vehicle registration sticker AND has one or more of the following issues:
- It is wrecked, dismantled or partially dismantled or discarded
- It is inoperable on public property for 72 consecutive hours
- It is inoperable on private property at least 30 days
