The City of Tyler Neighborhood Services Department has successfully completed the development of a new home addition. Called "Hunter's Court," there are six (6) beautiful single-family homes that have been constructed. The cul-de-sac addition is located off of Oakwood Street. Each home is approximately 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, featuring three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage along with a sprinkler system and privacy fence around the perimeter. All homes in the Hunters Court are now sold and occupied. The development was completed in 2014. The homes were sold through the City's First-Time Homebuyer Program.
