The City of Tyler accepts bids and/or proposals for projects, services, and/or supplies in the Purchasing Office, 304 N Border, Tyler, Texas 75702, ATTN: Purchasing Manager, until 2:00 p.m. on specified sealed bid opening dates.

They are publicly opened by City Staff in the City Council Chambers, 212 N Bonner Ave., Tyler, Texas 75702, unless special arrangements have been previously approved. All interested persons may attend.

If you would like your company's name to be placed on the official City of Tyler Vendor / Bid List, you must complete and submit a Vendor Application Form by printing a paper form and filling it out by hand. It can be submitted in person, by fax or by mail.
