How to Use eTRAKiT and ProjectDox

eTRAKiT

TO SUBMIT A PERMIT (BUILDING, POOL, ROOF, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, ETC.)
  1. Submit Master Registration Form
  2. Staff will create your profile and send you your username and instructions on how to set up a password. 
  3. Once logged in, apply for your permit. 
  4. Permit Techs will process your permit. 
  5. Log in to see the status of your permit.

    TO SUBMIT A PROJECT (ZONING, VARIANCE, SUBDIVISION PLAT, INFRASTRUCTURE REVIEW, ETC.)
  6. Create a public registration.
  7. Once logged in, apply for your project.
  8. Staff will process your project.
  9. Log in to see the status of your project.

 

eTRAKiT

 

ProjectDox

Some projects submitted through eTRAKiT will then move to ProjectDox. 

  1. You will get an email notification from ProjectDox with a verification code. 
  2. You will receive a second email with an Applicant Upload Task to upload drawings or documents.
  3. Complete all Applicant Upload Tasks.
  4. You will receive comments or your project will go under review.
  5. If Permit Techs have comments, you will receive another email called Prescreen Corrections. 
  6. Submit payments on eTRAKit and complete task on ProjectDox.
  7. You will receive a link to download approved plans.
