***NOTICE OF UPCOMING FEE CHANGES***
Please be advised that effective October 1, 2024, there will be an adjustment to the fees for Planning applications requiring public notice. These changes are being implemented to better reflect the costs associated with permit and application processing and compliance with current regulations. Planning applications that require public notice (Zoning, Variance, Special Use Permit, etc.) will be increased by $150.
The Planning Department is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Our offices are closed on all City recognized national holidays.
