The Tyler Public Library is hosting a festive celebration on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the start of the Winter Reading Challenge and Chadwick the Owl's tenth birthday!

The event is free, and there will be games, cookie decorating, sweet treats and more. Plus, don't miss Chadwick's special guest, Santa Claus!
