The Tyler Rose Complex staff has more than 50 years of combined experience in event management. We will work with you from beginning to end to ensure a successful event.

Easy Access

The Tyler Rose Complex is a 15-minute drive from the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. The complex is less than 5 miles from Loop 323 in either direction, and within 2 miles of Historic Downtown Tyler. Check out Visit Tyler's website for nearby accommodations to suit every budget. Visit Tyler can also assist with coordinating accommodations and room blocks for your out-of-town guests.

Expanding Meeting Space

In 2024, Phase I of the Tyler Rose Complex Master Plan was completed with improvements to parking, roadways and landscaping along with the construction of the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center and renovation of the Historic Mayfair Building. These renovations have added an additional 3.3 acres of outdoor meeting space, outdoor eating areas and nearly 35,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art meeting space. 

Phase II is slated to begin in 2025 with additional improvements to existing facilities and parking areas. To learn more about the Rose Complex Master Plan click here. 

Transportation

The City of Tyler is biking and walking friendly with miles of separate, designated concrete pathways and dedicated bike lanes with various businesses offering E Bike rentals. Tyler Transit offers several ways to get around town including their new micro-transit service. For more information, including fares, maps, and schedules, visit Tyler Transit online. For a great variety of cuisine, conference-goers will be pleased by the many choices located nearby and across Tyler. Ask our staff for recommendations or check out Visit Tyler's website for a comprehensive list of local restaurants to suit any and all palettes.

Parking Information

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please discuss any specific parking questions such as valet, shuttle, and special vehicle parking with your event coordinator. Visitors are asked to park in the event facility's designated parking lot. RVs, buses and oversized vehicles must park in the TISD parking lot located south of the complex and overnight parking is prohibited. Buses may load/unload passengers on Rose Park Drive or Fair Park Drive, but may not enter facility parking lots without prior approval.
