Project Update
The Rose Complex was officially authorized by the Tyler City Council on April 28, 2021 with WRL being awarded the construction bid. Check out the map rendering and design video created by Fitzpatrick Architects below.

In April of 2022, City Council approved the rates for the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center.
