All City of Tyler residents are eligible for a free Tyler Public Library eCard. If you have an eCard and would like a regular card, stop by the Circulation Desk to get your physical card. Non-residents may stop by the Library to apply and pay for a membership. Please see the Circulation Policy for further details.

It is the responsibility of the library card holder to return all books and materials on time and in good condition. By applying for a library card the user agrees to abide by all library policies, and understands that if they do not keep a clear account their name may be handed over to a collection agency.
